Most of the staff are trained in First Aid and CPR.

Director: Debbie Hixson August 1983 - present; Debbie is a graduate of Illinois State University with a BS in Elementary Education and an endorsement for Early Childhood Education from Kean University

Infant Staff: Umme Salma a mother of 2 Preschool children. She is working on her Early Childhood degree from Raritan Valley Community College.
Saman Khan is a mother of 2 Preschoolers. Saman joined ADLC in 2003. She is presently working on her Child Development Certificate.

Toddler Caregiver: Cathy Lorah October 1989 - present; Cathy's background includes studies in Graduate Practical nursing. Cathy is working on her Child Development Certificate.
Wajiha Salman joined the Toddler Center in November 2002. She has a BS degree in Computer Physics and Math. She has done babysitting and helped care for her "joint" family in Pakistan before moving the the USA.

2 Center Teacher: Arifa Hussain January 2003 - present. Arifa joins us with her preschool daughter. Her older sons attend elementary school.

3 Center Teacher: Gitta Greenberg February 1980 - present, Gitta has hands on experience working with this age group for over 25 years and extra experience playing with her Grandson.

4 Center Teacher: The Director Teaches this class in the morning before office duties in the afternoon

Morning Teacher Co Teachers with the 4 Center Teacher: Joann Baker November 2001 - present; a mother of 3 boys presently enrolled at ADLC; Joann is wroking on her Child Development Certificate.
Afternoon Teacher: Auria Dsouza joins us in the afternoon beginning in June 2002; Auria is working on her CDC (Child Development Certificate) from Mercer County College. Auria was a Teacher in India prior to immigrating to the USA 3 years ago. She joins us with her 2 daughters.

Afternoon Caregivers: Adeehah Khan has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computers from India. She joins us with her 2 sons.
Suzanne Guillaume September 2002 - present. Suzanne has a grown daughter. She has training also in Office equipment and computers. Rashada Hashimi 2003 - present. Rashada has children in elementary school.
